  Bio

Recent work features collaborations with Don Tyler (as SoftWorld), Bronwyn Bonney of Crime and the CIty Solution, Swiss vocal artist Lisa, and Glasgow-based cellist Christine Hanson, Darrall Knight, Greg Healey and Zeebra Mann. I also collaborate with Bristol-based trio The Carbon Manual, whose singular ambient spoken word album “When I Am Memory” is out now. I am also a published novelist and poet, screenwriter and spoken word artist.

Current key collaborator, Los Angeles Grammy-nominated mastering engineer and electronic music composer Don Tyler in addition to composing electronic music under the pseudonym Phase47 has frequently collaborated with David J. Haskins (Bauhaus/Love and Rockets), Pieter Nooten (Clan of Xymox), as well as cellists Christine Hanson and Joyce Rooks.

Also out now is a vinyl single with Rob Coyne on Spring Records to be followed soon by an album on Flicknife Records, 'Memory Deluxe', a sequel of sorts to "I Knew Buffalo Bill", written with Robert Coyne and produced by Werner Steinhauser.

Experienced as a cult recording artist, songwriter and lead singer and who continues to achieve success as a solo recording and performing artist and collaborated with and had songs covered by several artists including Lydia Lunch and Rowland S Howard. My presence on the underground electronic music circuit pre-dates the century by a few years. Prolific in releasing music and profligate in collaboration, I have worked with a diverse array of international artists, from the celebrated (Mick Harvey, Eric Debris, Dub Gabriel, Lola Dutronic, Brendon Moeller) to the almost unknown but definitely briliant (Dave Fuglewicz), encompassing, sound art and poetry, spoken word – of which I have created a large body of work - ambient, experimental, soundscapes and electronica.

I also worked with the late Marty Thau, whose Red Star Records stewarded Suicide's debut LP. My legacy cult album "I Knew Buffalo Bill" features Nikki Sudden, Epic Soundtracks and Rowland S. Howard, all now passed; I appear in the celebrated documentary on Howard's life "Autoluminescent", premiered at the Melbourne Film Festival in summer 2011.

"Some may read these words, some may have heard these words, some may hear the tape recordings, some may want to hear, but will be thrown so far away from the tapes, due to circumstances, that it won't be
possible. There are millions of varieties of forms in the total manifestation, but the source of all is the consciousness. What is this consciousness? Does anyone think along these lines?" - Nisargadatta
