Buzzsaw uploaded some piano loops. One of these has been slowed and processed to achieve the bed of electronics. Merged with that is a field recording offered by Zebra Mann and the Loopy Spiderz of rain and traffic. A wall of reverb was added thereto. Further into the piece an analog bass enters haltingly, an arpeggio using and android app called Nodebeat picks it up and I play percussion on a table and a tambourine. All sorts of fun on a Saturday morning. The title is from Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus. For project-18. Metamorphosis (watching from another room) 05:15/256k
I recorded opening and closing an iron cage in an old slaughterhouse in downtown Salt Lake City. It's where I store GAJOOB submission material (it's been climatized). I found an ARP2600 app for Android that is extremely unpredictable so it's very well-suited to my tastes. Zebra Mann's bass loops have been wrung through various effects.
